It seems simple enough. It doesn't allow you to create an account, but it allows you to sign in?... after each report it makes you save it to your phone... I wanted everything in the app and have each document be one daily report. But nope. In order to do that you have to enter everything into one page.this doesn't work for me because I go to 6 different locations and want to be able to do an activity log for each site... may as well just keep using my notebook and pen and this point.

I'm not very impressed with the application. Yes, you can add photos but not captions. My job includes a number of different locations, and it would be nice to tag the locations for each entry.

Perfect I've been searching for a good app to record my daily tasks for work that's simple and doesn't have any kind of time base to it this is the best simplest amazing app I have ever found I love it
